Music fund
You may donate to support our music program and the continued maintenance and restoration of our Austin-Konzelman pipe organ. When it was dedicated in 1930, the organ was one of the largest in New York City. In 1978 it was partially rebuilt and reduced in scope to better meet the needs of the space.
Much of the infrastructure of a pipe organ includes leather components, which eventually deteriorate. We have been undertaking major repairs to the organ. With your help, we look forward to many more years of service from our beautiful instrument. To donate to the Music Fund, checks can be made out to Second Presbyterian Church indicating Music Fund in the memo.
